When you browse
The site uses only the small files in your browser (cookies) that it needs to work:
- Visit cookie — keeps your visit together, for example your age confirmation. It is deleted after 120 minutes without activity.
- Security cookie — protects the forms on the site, so another website cannot send a form here in your name. It lasts as long as your visit.
- Age cookie — remembers for 180 days that you said you are 18 or over, so the question is not asked again. Your browser also keeps the same answer in its own memory.
- Layout cookie — remembers the card layout you chose, for 180 days. It is set only if you change the layout.
The site uses Microsoft Clarity, a visitor analytics service, to see how pages are used: clicks, scrolling and anonymised session recordings. Clarity sets two cookies, _clck (up to one year) and _clsk (one day), and processes this usage data on Microsoft's servers; sensitive text typed into fields is masked. It does not load for visitors whose browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. The site runs no advertising tools. The companies that host and deliver the site keep the usual technical records for every page request, for example your internet (IP) address, your browser, the page you opened and the time, to keep the site working and safe.
When you open a profile
Each profile shows how many times it has been viewed. So that reloading a page does not count you twice, the site remembers for six hours that your visit was already counted. What it keeps is a scrambled code built from your visit, or from your internet address and browser when there is no visit cookie. That code cannot be turned back into your details, it is deleted after six hours, and visits by search robots are not counted.
Likes and dislikes
When you like or dislike a profile, the site sets a cookie that lasts one year. It holds a random number, not your name or any other details. The site saves only a scrambled version of that number together with your choice, so if you vote on the same profile again, the new vote replaces the old one. Your browser also remembers your choice, so the button you pressed stays marked.
Reviews
A review stores the name you enter, the rating and the text. No IP address is saved with it. A moderator reads the review, and once it is approved the text, rating and name are public on the profile. Posting is governed by the site's rules for reviews.
Telegram and WhatsApp buttons
When you tap one of these buttons, the site's contact service receives the address of the page you were on and a ready-made first message that contains that address, and uses them to pick the chat to open. Your IP address and browser are not part of that request. From then on you are in Telegram or WhatsApp, and their own privacy policies cover everything written there.
Photo checks for the Verified badge
A recent photo or video supplied for a profile check is used only to compare it with the profile photos. It is never published on the site.
No accounts for visitors
Visitors do not have accounts. The sign-in and registration forms do not send or store anything typed into their fields.
Who receives data
Data is shared only as described above: with the hosting and network providers that run the site, with the contact service behind the buttons, and with Telegram or WhatsApp once you use them. It is not sold or passed to advertisers.
Your requests
You can ask for a copy of personal data the site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for a review you wrote to be removed. Write through the Telegram or WhatsApp button and say which page or review the request concerns. Where Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance applies, access and correction requests are handled under it.
Under 18
The site is not meant for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data. If such data reaches the site, it is deleted as soon as it is noticed.
